Started career as a Lecturer in the Department of English, North Lakhimpur College in 2001. In the quest of Knowledge and to experience the corporate life decided a career shift and worked with companies dealing in Insurance, Telecom, Automobile Sales and Service etc with "Big Names" of the fields like LICI, Drishtee Dot Com Ltd., ALFIN, Reliance, Aircel, Adeco, AMW, before joining Department of English, Silapathar Science College as an Assistant Professor. Passionate about learning new things.

Language and behaviour, Interdisciplinary research in terms of Linguistics.
